Wizkid Records Seven Billboard Music Awards Nominations

Wizkid might be among the biggest Billboard music awards winners as he has earned seven nomination with his ‘One Dance’ track with Drake and Kyla.

The soundtrack which was also co-produced by the Nigerian music geek, first earned a nod at the Grammy’s.

‘One Dance’ was nominated in the following categories: Top Radio Song, Top Selling Song, Streaming Song (Audio), Top Hot 100 Song, Top R&B Collaboration, Top Collaboration and Top R&B Song.

The song owned by Drake which features the Nigerian star is not the only song that earned the international artiste award nominations.

Drake has the highest nomination with 22 nominations under the 52 different categories.

Winners of the Billboard awards are ranked based on the sales of their songs, radio airplay, social engagement and live tours.

The annual awards ceremony will hold on Sunday the 21st of May with performances from Bruno Mars, Ed Sheeran, Nicki Minaj, among other artiste.
