Dangote Honoured With ‘Malaria No More’ Award

Africa richest man Aliko Dangote has been named the 2017 recipient of the ‘Malaria No More’ Global Leadership Award.
The event which took place in New York in the United States was attended by dignitaries from across the world, all committed to eradicating the scourge of malaria.
According to the organisers, Dangote has honoured his role in fighting the spread of the disease in Africa and Nigeria in particular, through his contributions to the ‘Saving One Million Lives in Nigeria’ initiative.
The award was received on behalf of Dangote by Zouera Youssoufou, the managing director and CEO of the Dangote Foundation.
