Former Real Madrid goalkeeper, Iker Casillas has revealed why the UEFA repeated the draw for the Round of 16 of the Champions League.
According to him, something was wrong somewhere, just as he hailed the decision of the governing body to repeat the draw.’
“[The draw] was repeated because something did not go well. In the interests of the club, the first ball is not the next.
“It is clear that they repeat it, because it was the most normal thing to do,” he said at the LaLiga TwentyNine event.
Casillas’ former club, Real Madrid, will face Paris Saint-Germain in the last 16 of the competition in February.
