Probe Alleged $5m Bribery to Judges Against My Election – Muftwang to Security Agencies

The Governor of Plateau State, Caleb Muftwang, has rubbished reports(not by Concise News) that some judges have received $5m bribe to nullify his victory at the March 18 governorship election in the state.
Describing the reports as defamatory, Muftwang stated that security agencies have been directed to investigate the situation, just as he vowed that those responsible will face the full wrath of the law.
Muftwang disclosed this in a post on X, “I wish to strongly condemn the baseless and defamatory allegations circulated by certain individuals, accusing judges of receiving a $5 million bribe for the nullification of my victory.
“I have demanded for thorough investigations by security agencies to identify and apprehend those responsible for the libelious publication.
“There is a need to ensure that that these individuals face the full consequences of the law with a view to setting a precedent that discourages similar misconduct.”
