Police Arrest Suspected Cultists in Ogun, Recover Motorcycle

The Ogun State Police Command has announced the arrest of individuals suspected of involvement in a motorcycle theft in Oke Itoku. According to the statement released by the police, the incident occurred on April 9th, 2024, at approximately 21:30hrs, when the suspects allegedly snatched a motorcycle from its owner, assaulting them in the process before fleeing the scene.

The apprehended individuals are believed to be members of a cult group, adding another layer of concern to the case. Following their arrest, they are set to be transferred to the State Criminal Investigation Department (SCID) in Eleweran, Abeokuta, after the holiday period.
