PHOTOS: Tinubu Visits Sultan Of Sokoto

 

Presidential hopeful, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu, has paid a visit to the Sultan if Sokoto, Sa’ad Muhammad Abubakar II to commiserate with him on the passing of the Magajin Garin Sokoto, Alh. Hassan Danbaba.

Tweeting, Tinubu described the decease as a patriot and grandson of the late Sardauna of Sokoto, Sir Ahmadu Bello.

He wrote, “I visited His Eminence, the Sultan of Sokoto in the company of my brother and friend, Sen. Aliyu Wamakko to commiserate with him on the passing of the Magajin Garin Sokoto, Alh. Hassan Danbaba, a patriot and grandson of the late Sardauna of Sokoto, Sir Ahmadu Bello

“The Sokoto Sultanate and indeed, Nigeria has lost a rare gem. I pray the Almighty Allah grants Alh. Danbaba al-Jannah Firdaus and comforts his family, and loved ones during this period.”
