FA Cup: Perez, Walcott Shoot Arsenal Into Last Eight

Arsenal have booked a place in the last eight of the FA Cup following a hard-fought 2-0 win over National League club Sutton United on Monday.

Lucas Perez and Theo Walcott scored in either half to ensure the Gunners saw off Sutton, who fought gallantly but failed to take their chances.

Arsene Wenger’s side will next square off against another non-league outfit Lincoln City in the quarter-finals at the Emirates Stadium.

Gunners Strike opener

Perez benefited from a misplaced pass. He then picked up possession on the left flank, worked his way to the area, before cutting in onto his left foot and firing a low strike into the far corner.

Walcott later doubled the lead when he rounded off a delightful team move.
