One Feared Dead, Others Injured As Ikoyi Prison Van Collides With Truck At Obanikoro

There was commotion Thursday morning along Ikorodu road, Obanikoro bus-stop, when a prison van carrying prisoners collided with a truck.
An eyewitness, a LASTMA official, who pleaded anonymity told Concise News that the prison van was on the Onipanu-Anthony axis of the road when the accident happened.
He said the van somersaulted several times on collision with the Iveco truck.
Law and traffic enforcement agents were seen trying frantically to put the situation under control.
Paramedics from Lagos State Emergency Agency were attending to the injured occupants of the prison van when Concise News visited the scene of the accident at around 9:30 am.
