OHCSF, FIRS, NIMET, Others Clinch Trophies At FEPSGA Keep-fit Meet

The Head of the Civil Service of the Federation, Dr. Folasade Yemi-Esan has reiterated the Federal Government’s commitment to sustaining a physically and mentally fit workforce that can contribute to National Development.

She made this known during her participation in the September 2022 Edition of the FEPSGA Keep-fit Exercise for Public Servants tagged ‘’CELEBRATING NIGERIA AT 62’’ held on Saturday, 24th September, 2022 at the Moshood Abiola National Stadium, Abuja.

The Head of Service reiterated her support for the Federation of Public Service Games (FEPSGA) and commended the FEPSGA executive for creating the monthly keep-fit exercise which she described as an avenue for Public Servants to socially interact and network.

Speaking Earlier, the National President of FEPSGA, Comrade Aloku Amaebi thanked the Head of Service, Dr. Folasade Yemi-Esan for her unwavering support to FEPSGA and the monthly keep-fit exercise.

Noting that Nigeria will be 62 on the 1st of October, 2022, he said the September edition was dedicated to the forthcoming Independence anniversary.

Trophies and certificates were presented to Teams from a number of government organizations for their excellent performance including the Office of the Head of the Civil Service of the Federation, the Federal Ministries of Works and Housing, Water Resources, Labour and Transport. Other winners were the Federal Civil Service Commission, the Federal Inland Revenue Service (FIRS),and the Nigerian Meteorological Agency (NIMET) among others
