NYSC DG Commends Hospital and Prays for Injured Corps Member

Brigadier General YD Ahmed, the Director General of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC), paid a visit to Corps Member Onuoha Elvis Udodiri AK/22B/2148, who is currently receiving treatment at Ibom Hospital in Uyo, Akwa-Ibom State. Elvis, who served as an INEC adhoc staff during a House of Assembly rerun election, sustained a gunshot wound to the leg when gunmen attacked the village hall in Ikot Eduek Itak, Ikono Local Government Area of the State.

Director General Commends Hospital and Prays for Quick Recovery

During his visit, Brigadier General Ahmed expressed his appreciation to the hospital management for their prompt and effective treatment of the injured Corps Member. He commended their efforts and offered prayers for Elvis’s speedy recovery. The Director General displayed a fatherly disposition, showcasing his concern and support for the Corps Member.

Dr. Ini Etukudo, the Chief Medical Director of Ibom Hospital, expressed delight at the NYSC Director General’s visit to the injured Corps Member. The medical team is dedicated to ensuring his well-being and recovery.
