Musa Kimo Named FCT Police Commissioner

A new Commissioner of Police, Musa Kimo, has been assigned to the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) police command.

The FCT Command’s Spokesman, ASP Anjuguri Manzah, made this known in a statement on Sunday in Abuja.

He said that Kimo had since assumed office at the command headquarters.

Manzah said that Kimo, who took over from erstwhile Commissioner of Police in the FCT, Mohammad Mustafa, is  the immediate past Commissioner of Police in Adamawa state.

According to him, Kimo who holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Political Science from the University of Sokoto, was enlisted into the Nigeria Police Force on Feb.1, 1986.

Meanwhile, Kimo had assured FCT residents of his willingness to partner with well-spirited individuals, groups and all security agencies.

He said the command would evolve strategies that would make the territory safe and secure for all and sundry.
