Lagos Seals Church, Mosque Over Noise Pollution

The Lagos State Environmental Protection Agency, LASEPA, has sealed some religious centres in the state due to noise pollution and other environmental infractions.
The exercise was carried out by a team led by LASEPA General Manager, Tunde Ajayi.
This was disclosed in a statement signed by the Lagos State Commissioner for Environment, Tokunbo Wahab.
The commissioner wrote on X, “LASEPA’s enforcement team, led by the GM, Dr. @thetundeajayi, has sealed religious centres due to concerns regarding noise pollution and other environmental infractions.
“This action affects establishments like Ansar-Ud-deen and Restoration Centre Global Church in Gbagada.”
