Justin Beiber Faces Lawsuit For Posting His Own Photo On Instagram

New York-based photographer Richard Barbera is suing Canadian singer Justin Bieber for posting a copyright-protected photograph on the singer’s Instagram.

The lawsuit was filed in Manhattan federal court on Wednesday, according to PageSix.

According to Barbera, the singer did not get proper permission to post the image which shows Bieber and his friend and celebrity pastor Rich Wilkerson Jr. stepping into the back of a vehicle.

Meanwhile, Bieber is yet to respond to the lawsuit publicly and Barbera is seeking unspecified damages.

Just recently, American singer, Jennifer Lopez was sued by Splash New picture agency, after she uploaded a snap of herself and her fiance Alex Rodriguez on Instagram without permission.

The singer was sued for $150,000
