JUST IN: Supreme Court Affirms Soludo As APGA Anambra Gov Candidate

A former Governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria, CBN, Professor Charles Chukwuma Soludo has been affirmed by the Supreme Court in Abuja as the governorship candidate of the All Progressive Grand Alliance, APGA, in the coming governorship election in Anambra State slated for November 6, 2021.

The appeal filed by one Jude Okeke was dismissed by a five-man panel of the Supreme Court. He was ordered by Justice Mary Peter Odili to pay a fee of N1 million to APGA.

The court also upheld Chief Victor Oye as the National Chairman of APGA. He will also receive N1 million from Okeke.
