I’ll Continue To Give My All, Says Dalot

Manchester United defender Diogo Dalot has reaffirmed his determination to give his all for the club, after starting in both of the Reds’ recent victories over Arsenal and Crystal Palace.

The Portuguese full-back was full of praise for his team-mates following Sunday’s win at Old Trafford, and insisted he will relish any opportunity that comes his way.

”It’s what I’m here for,” our no.20 began, as he spoke to club media reporter Stewart Gardner after the game.

”It’s not easy when you’re outside [the starting XI] and you don’t play as much, but it’s our job to keep ready and I think I was doing a fantastic job outside the pitch being ready.”

The 22-year-old, who was a constant livewire down the right-hand side across the 90 minutes at Old Trafford, has stepped in following the injury Aaron Wan-Bissaka sustained against Chelsea recently.

With performances aplenty and games coming thick and fast for United ahead of a busy festive period, Dalot insists he is relishing the current chances given to him within the side.

”When the opportunity comes, I now feel I need to keep going and give everything when I’m on the pitch too.”
