Full List Of Winners At 16th Headies Awards

The 16th edition of the Headies Awards took place on Sunday, September 3, 2023, in Atlanta, Georgia, marking the second consecutive year in this location.

Since its inception in 2006, the Headies has significantly contributed to documenting the progress made in the Nigerian music industry through its prestigious awards, now regarded as the most coveted in Nigerian music.

During the event, Rema, a prominent Mavin artist, emerged as the night’s biggest winner, taking home three awards. His speech celebrating the resurgence of Nigerian music was a standout moment of the evening.

Additionally, Asake received two awards, including the prestigious Next Rated Award, while Burna Boy was honored with the Afrobeat Single of the Year and Best R&B Song accolades.
