Former Minister of Transportation, Rotimi Amaechi, has advised delegates of the ruling All Progressives Congress, APC, to assess presidential aspirants not on the basis of money.
Amaechi, a presidential aspirant, said this during the presidential primary of the APC in Abuja on Tuesday.
He said, “Please delegates, assess us by our contributions, don’t assess us by how much we bring here. Because if it is by how much we bring here, ask all of us for our source of income, how we got the money.”
Amaechi is a former governor of Rivers State who became Minister in the administration of President Muhammadu Buhari.
