Nollywood actor and politician Desmond Elliot has been captured jubilating with fans on the street of Lagos after getting wind that he has been re-elected to represent Surulere st the Lagos State House of Assembly.

Desmond contested against his junior colleague in the movie industry Olumide Owuru for Surulere Constituency 1.
