APC Needs Buhari, Osinbajo, Others To Intervene In Crisis – Timi Frank

By Ogbolu George
Timi Frank, the suspended publicity secretary of the All Progressives Congress (APC) has called on President Muhammadu Buhari, Vice President Yemi Osinbajo and other party stakeholders to rescue the party from its current crisis.
Frank made the appeal in a statement on Friday in Abuja.
The former publicity secretary was reacting to the recent postponement of the National Caucus and National Executive Committee meeting by the National Working Council.
The NWC said the postponement of the meetings was due to unexpected developments .
Timi Frank said the postponement of the meetings was due to lack of trust from the party leaders of John Odigie-Oyegun, the party’s National Chairman and his leadership style.
”The party under its current leadership is not bringing anything on the table to support President Muhammadu Buhari’s administration contrary to expectations,” he said
Frank argued that what the party needed is a national leadership that consults widely before taking decisions.
