Popular actor Jigan Babaoja known as ‘Sho mo aje mi ni’ has visited and donated an undisclosed amount to Nollywood actor, Baba Suwe whose health was said to have deteriorated.
Baba Suwe’s health challenge resurfaced in the social media space on Sunday, February 17, as a media personality who disclosed this on grounds of anonymity claimed that the veteran actor was terribly sick, adding that he had also not received any help from colleagues in the industry.
Moved by the post, Jigan however, visited the residence of the ailing actor. He was pictured handing over the cash gift to him.

Meanwhile, the National President of the Theatre Art and Motions Pictures Producers Association of Nigeria, TAMPAN, Bolaji Amusan aka Mr. Latin has said the association had been taking care of Baba Suwe’s medical bills since 2017.
He made this known in Abeokuta on Monday, February 18, 2019, while reacting to claims that Baba Suwe’s colleagues have abandoned him despite his failing health.
Mr. Latin also said his colleague had been getting financial and moral support from TAMPAN since the news broke under the administration of immediate past President of the association, Dele Odule.
He said, ”I have just instructed the Lagos State executive of the association to check on him (Baba Suwe) to ascertain his health progress.
“I can tell you that we have not abandoned Baba Suwe, as well as any of our members, as being speculated in some quarters by mischief-makers.”
