The draw for the 2017 CAF Confederation Cup has been made. Nigeria would be represented by Wikki Tourists FC and Ifeanyi Ubah FC.

Ifeanyi Ubah FC qualified by virtue of winning the Federation Cup, beating Nasarawa United on penalties. Wikki Tourist, on the other hand, qualified after coming third in the Nigerian Premier Football League (NPFL).

The first round of games will come up on the weekend of 10-12 February, 2017 with the Anambra Warriors playing at home to El-Masry of Egypt.

Wikki Tourists, on the other hand, will travel to Sierra Leone to face RSLAF. The return legs would take place on the weekend of February 17-19, 2017.

The Tourists are making a return to the continent after a 8-year hiatus when they were knocked in the first round of the same competition in 2008.

On their part, the Nnewi-based Ifeanyiubah are making their first foray into continental football.

Nigeria is also represented in the CAF Champions League.
